I'am an internationally qualified Yoga Scholar and a Running Coach who lives by the mantra "Athletes first, winning second."
I prioritize long term holistic health over short term rapid suc
cesses, enabling individuals to be athletes for life.

As an avid runner and yoga practitioner myself, I've experienced firsthand the transformative effects of endurance sports on the body and the invaluable role of yoga in this journey
Approaching yoga with a keen emphasis on breath, alignment, and accuracy, I've harnessed its benefits for speed, distance, form, healing, and injury prevention. This profound understanding has shaped my mantra: prioritize overall well-being over rapid successes.My passion for both running and yoga led to the creation of a tailored yoga curriculum designed specifically for runners. Having collaborated with numerous athletes and running clubs, I've assisted in seamlessly integrating yoga into training regimens, enhancing athletic performance, and expediting recuperation.
